We've recently had the awesome privilege and responsibility to be leading a group of over 100 amazing women (who are business owners) through an accountability program that we launched at TAP called Evol(you)tion.
This past week we spent some time reflecting on the past year. The engagement was staggering as these beautiful souls realized what they had learned through pain or challenges personally or professionally.
They recognized what they had to do differently and had moments of self awareness (through that reflection) that many of us do not take the time to gather insight from.
When we see the growth of people who take the time to reflect, and compare them to the people who don’t, the gap in wisdom and insight is glaringly obvious.
When is the last time you took some time to reflect? Or are you too busy making excuses and blaming something or someone else?
